Platform Overview

Huzl.in is operated by Huzl.In Solutions LLP, registered in India. We facilitate project-based engagements through fixed-price Offers, Custom Projects, and Per Hour Contracts, with all transactions secured through our Escrow system.

Key Definitions

• Buyer: Registered user who procures services through the platform
• Freelancer (Hustler): Registered user who offers professional services
• Project: Any work agreed upon between Buyer and Freelancer
• Escrow Account: Designated account where Buyer funds are held until deliverables are approved
• Offer: Fixed-price, pre-packaged service provided by a Freelancer

Registration & Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (minors strictly prohibited)
• Provide accurate information including name, age, location, email, mobile number
• Maintain only one account per user
• Keep your account information current and accurate
• Be competent to enter into legally binding agreements under Indian law

Payment System & Escrow

Our secure payment system includes:

• Mandatory platform payments - all transactions must go through our system
• Escrow mechanism - Buyer deposits funds before project starts
• Funds released only when Buyer confirms satisfactory completion
• Weekly invoicing for per hour contracts with 3-day approval period
• Fraud and anti-money laundering checks on all transactions
• Administration fees on dormant funds after 30 days

Service Fees

Buyer Fees: Transaction fees based on payment method, optional listing fees for urgent projects

Freelancer Fees: Service fees on transactions, optional promotion fees, dispute-related fees, withdrawal fees

Zero Service Fee Scheme: Available for existing clients referred to the platform

Refunds & Cancellations

• Buyers may request cancellation for non-delivery or poor quality work
• Refunds apply only to funds held in Escrow Account
• External chargebacks prohibited - will result in account suspension
• All refund requests subject to platform review

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Users must NOT:

• Use fake identities or provide false information
• Create multiple accounts
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices
• Post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Conduct transactions outside the platform
• Interfere with platform security or functionality

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights in deliverables transfer to the Buyer on a global basis. User-generated content remains your property, but you grant Huzl.in a license for operational purposes.

Limitation of Liability

HUZL.IN OPERATES AS AN INTERMEDIARY ONLY. We do not provide professional services and cannot guarantee quality or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breach of these Terms of Use
• Providing incorrect or false information
• Actions that may harm other users or the platform
• Non-compliance with applicable laws

Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India, under Indian law. A sole arbitrator appointed by Huzl.in will conduct proceedings in English.

Communication Policy

By using our platform, you consent to receive calls, emails, or SMS from us. We do not notify users of terms changes via email. All project communications must occur through our secure platform.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, war, technical failures, internet interruptions, or other force majeure events.
